Shipping & Production Policy

Bluff & Ember Co. works with production and supplier partners for many custom and special-order products. Production and delivery timing can vary by product, quantity, artwork approval, supplier availability and destination.

Production Time

Any turnaround provided before an order is placed is an estimate unless we specifically confirm a guaranteed date in writing. Production generally begins after required order details, artwork or proofs, and payment requirements are satisfied.

Supplier-Direct Fulfillment

Some orders may ship directly from the production partner or supplier. Separate items from the same order may arrive in more than one shipment when different suppliers or production methods are used.

Shipping Estimates

Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by weather, service interruptions, high-volume periods and other conditions outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Addresses

Please review the shipping address carefully before approving an order. Additional carrier, re-routing or re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Freight and Bulk Delivery

Orders requiring freight or special handling have delivery cost, unloading requirements, access conditions and timing confirmed as part of the quote. Unless specifically included in writing, unloading equipment or special handling is not included.

Damage in Transit

If a shipment appears damaged, photograph the packaging and product before discarding anything and contact chris@bluffandember.com promptly so we can review the issue and coordinate the appropriate carrier or supplier claim.
