Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quote requests, custom orders and product purchases placed with Bluff & Ember Co. By approving an order, proof, invoice or checkout, you agree to the terms applicable to that order.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may change if quantity, artwork, product selection, shipping location, supplier pricing, taxes, freight or scope changes. A quote is not a final order until the required details and payment terms are confirmed.
Artwork and Customer Content
By providing a logo, artwork, name, mark, photograph or other content, you represent that you have the right to use it for the requested order and authorize Bluff & Ember and its production partners to reproduce it solely as needed to fulfill the order.
Proofs and Approvals
When a proof or final specification is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, quantity, product selection, colors, sizes and other stated details before approval. Production may begin after approval.
Color and Product Variation
Screen colors, material batches, garment shades, embroidery thread, print output and manufacturer products can vary slightly. We will make reasonable efforts to match approved specifications, but minor production and material variation can occur.
Availability and Substitutions
Products and materials are subject to supplier availability. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without customer approval. If the approved item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with available options.
Custom and Special-Order Goods
Custom, personalized, cut-to-length and other made-to-order items may have limited cancellation or return rights once production begins. See our Order, Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. Supplier-direct fulfillment may be used. See our Shipping & Production Policy for additional details.
