This page is for customers who already placed a standard Bluff & Ember Shopify order. Have your order number ready, upload your logo/artwork, and confirm the product details we need to prepare your production proof.
Important: Checkout does not skip proofing. Bluff & Ember reviews the artwork and specifications first. Production begins only after the required proof approval. Non-standard changes or upgrades may require an additional charge before production.

A quick check before you send
- Make sure garment sizes add up to the quantity purchased.
- For decals, provide both width and height and a straight-on photo of the surface.
- Send the clearest logo file available; tell us if it needs cleanup.
- Check the spelling, phone number and website you want printed.
- Include the date you need the order in hand so availability can be checked.
What happens after you submit?
- We match the details to your Shopify order.
- We review artwork, product scope and any production constraints.
- We send or coordinate the production proof for approval.
- After approval, the order moves into production under the standard scope you purchased.
